Hallo Freunde, es ist Zeit für einen Apfelkuchen. Das Rezept ist eines meiner Lieblinge:), frei von raffiniertem Zucker, vegan und glutenfrei. Hier das Rezept: Heizt den Ofen auf 180° vor. Für die Füllung: -2-3 Äplel -50g Dattelsirup -1 gestrichenen EL Zimt -1 gestrichenen TL Vanille -etwas Limettensaft Schält und schneidet die Äpfel in grobe Stücke und lasst sie bei mittlerer Hitze ca 15 Minuten köcheln. Währenddessen macht ihr schon mal mit dem Teig weiter. Dafür benötigt ihr: -85g Hafermehl -140g Buchweizenmehl -50g Mandelmehl -jeweils eine Prise Zimt, Salz und Vanille -250g weiche pflanzliche Margarine -160g Dattelsyrum Alles zu einem Teig verrühren und die Hälfte davon in die Form drücken. Hi guys! I am having a great time playing around with my Foodi! Tonight I tried an apple crumble and Chuck really liked it!! I just used about 7 apples. Peeled, cored and sliced. (like you would for pie) Sprayed the inner (silver pot) with some spray, placed the apples in. (I sprinkled them with cinnamon, you can also sprinkle them with a little brown sugar if you kike yours a little sweeter. Yhen add the crumble mixture and bake on the "BAKE" feature for 25 mins on 350 degrees. The crumble came out nice and browned, and the apples were cooked nice too. (they had just a tiny bit of firmness to them) You could absolutely make this with canned(either home cannrd or store bought) pie filling. Apple crumble or rhubarb crumble were always a great favourite dessert when I was at school. The combination of sweet but sharp fruit with the sweet crumb topping was just wonderful. And, of course, a lake of instant custard over and around the crumble. Delicious. Fruit crumbles are very quick and easy to make. In this video I'm making rhubarb and apple, but the process is the same if just want to make apple crumble or rhubarb crumble.
