F**king Easy Food Prep - Peach & Apple Crumble

Let’s rewind for a second.
Meal prepping doesn’t have to be complicated OR time-consuming (It only takes me a couple of hours on Sunday to get all my meals ready for the week ahead).
And it’s NOT about the leafy greens or superfoods either (the absolute opposite actually).
And… Healthy food does NOT have to be boring.

This recipe is anything but boring!
Mel even thinks it could be our BEST one yet. (We also apologize for our half-eaten crumble - we accidentally and hilariously recorded the first version after the crumble cooked without the microphone - oops.)
And… Throughout this FEFP, we talk about how we LOVE lifting, meal prepping, and how it’s the little things you do everyday that make the biggest difference.
If something is important to you - like becoming the person you’ve always wanted to become - you HAVE to do the things that are required to get you there.
And you can’t just stop doing these things once you’re there.
If you truly want to become this new version of you, you have to keep doing all the things to be that person.
Look at yourself.
Are you done with being tired all the time?
Are you over eating shit food that doesn’t taste good or satisfy you?
Are you ready to throw in the towel on those cardio sessions for a more sustainable way?
You have to FUNDAMENTALLY change who you are.
I tried to be that woman that looked good, felt good, but could still drink alcohol.
It didn’t work.
I had to change to become that person I wanted to be, which was to feel good and look good.
It didn’t happen overnight. I didn’t just stop suddenly drinking.
And everyone has their OWN journey. You will fuck up again and again. But these fuck ups will become less and less and eventually have much longer durations in between them.
It’s hard to be better.
But worth it.
You have to keep showing up every day - doing your meal prep and lifting those weights.
These small things will get you to where you want to be.
It takes courage. You have to own your mistakes. You have to be consistent.
You don’t want to be 10 or 20 years down the road and still be overweight or still unhappy.
Growth is uncomfortable.
So get used to being uncomfortable.
And quit overcomplicating food prep! We make it fuckin’ easy, so you don’t have to panic about eating the right foods that taste actually fuckin’ good.
