Apple and Rhubarb Crumble with Custard | Sous Vide Custard

Apple crumble or rhubarb crumble were always a great favourite dessert when I was at school. The combination of sweet but sharp fruit with the sweet crumb topping was just wonderful. And, of course, a lake of instant custard over and around the crumble. Delicious. Fruit crumbles are very quick and easy to make. In this video I'm making rhubarb and apple, but the process is the same if just want to make apple crumble or rhubarb crumble. The rhubarb I'm using comes from a local farm, Whiteley's: http://whiteleysfarm.blogspot.com. It's Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb, grown over winter in a darkened polytunnel, and it's wonderful!
