No Bake Vegan Apple Crumble - Super Easy and Flavorful!
RECIPE Bellow:
2 small to medium apples of your choice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
Add everything in a pan and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring in intermittently
Add to a bowl: 2 tbsp vegan vanilla vegan icecream and 1 tbsp coconut yogurt. Stir well and top the cooked apples.
Add wholegrain / cereal of choice. I also added crushed wholewheat crisps.
Top off with a few chopped almonds.
