Kan je ook geen genoeg krijgen van gezonde baksels? Dan hebben we er weer ééntje voor je: koekjes met de heerlijke combinatie van appel, havermout en kaneel. In onderstaande video zie je hoe je ze (met maar 6 ingrediënten) maakt! Men neme (voor zo'n 6 cookies): - 1 grote appel - 30 g volkoren tarwemeel - 75 g grove havervlokken - 1 tl kaneel - 3 el honing - 20 g kokosolie En zo doe je het: - Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. - Schil en rasp de appel en doe het in een mengkom. - Doe alle ingrediënten bij de appel in de kom en kneed het met je handen tot een kruimeldeeg. - Vorm zes koekjes van het deeg en leg deze op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. - Bak de koekjes 20 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven. Everyone loves apple crumble, now try it with bananas! Crumbles are easy to make and very delicious! Tips to make cleanup easy, too. Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our crumble turned out a sweeter than we liked but a change in the apples we use should do the trick. The sour-er the better!
